- The item must be returned to us in perfect condition unless it is faulty or damaged in transit.
- All products must retain their original packaging, including relevant tags and labeling.
- Products must not have been opened or used unless they are found to be faulty.
Packaging Your Return:
Before returning your item to us, please ensure it is appropriately packaged. We recommend using the original box in which your order was delivered and filling it with the same packaging materials we used to ship the order.

Return Process:
Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected. Subsequently, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method used for your purchase. This typically occurs within 3-5 days.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 7 working days, and we will swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Important Note:
Please note that we can only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. With the exception of faulty items, we regret that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
